What We Offer

consultancy

Our consultancy service provides practical guidance for the movement, installation and protection of valuable objects, from early stage logistics strategy and risk assessment through to handling methodology, installation planning and international shipping advice. We work with private collectors, museums, galleries, architects and designers to develop clear, considered solutions for projects of every scale.

Specialist logistics

We provide specialist logistics for the movement of artwork, antiques, sculptures, architectural components and private or institutional collections throughout the UK and internationally. Every project is carefully coordinated to suit the object, destination and program, whether by dedicated road transport, air freight or white glove delivery. Our focus is on delivering each consignment safely, securely and efficiently.

Safety crates

Every Safety Crate is engineered to the specific requirements of the object that it is designed to protect. Manufactured in-house, our bespoke crate systems range from museum-quality travel cases and export crates to reusable transit solutions for sculptures, artwork and architectural components. Combining robust construction with carefully considered internal protection, each crate is designed to withstand unique transit conditions.

installation

Our installation team delivers artwork, sculptures and architectural elements with precision and care. Working across galleries, museums, commercial spaces and private residences, we undertake installations ranging from individual artworks to complex multi-piece projects. Every installation is planned and executed with careful consideration. Our team are able to travel globally for installation projects that require our precision and care.

We provide a highly responsive, time-critical logistics service designed to meet urgent requirements without compromising on care or professionalism. Within the UK, we can facilitate same-day collection and delivery, deploying dedicated vehicles and experienced specialists at short notice. For international movements, we offer next-day delivery across Europe, inclusive of customs handling to minimize delays. Each shipment is managed end-to-end by our team.

We offer a rapid, bespoke crating service tailored to artworks, antiques, and specialist objects of all sizes and specifications. Our team can design, fabricate and deliver custom-built crates within 48hrs, incorporating appropriate structural supports, internal padding, bracing systems, and protective linings to ensure safe transit. Depending on the requirements, crates can include integrated handles, castor wheels, and reinforced access points for ease of handling.

We provide solutions for everything from delicate works on paper to large-scale sculptures, with options for both fully assembled delivery or flat-packed crates for onsite construction.

Customs Formalities

UK Export

Moving artwork and antiques internationally often requires more than arranging the transport. We manage the UK export formalities required before a shipment leaves the country, preparing the relevant declarations and coordinating the information required for customs.

International import

We can coordinate the import formalities at destination, working with the recipient, customs representatives and our freight partners to ensure the necessary information and documentation is in place for the shipment to enter its destination country.

Temporary admission

For exhibitions, loans and other temporary movements, we can advise on and coordinate Temporary Admission procedures where applicable. This can allow works to enter a country temporarily without incurring the import duties and taxes that would normally apply to a permanent import, provided the relevant conditions are met and the works are subsequently re-exported.

Documentation & Declarations

The accuracy of the supporting information is an important part of any international movement. We coordinate the documentation required for customs, including shipment details, values, descriptions, origin and destination information, and other supporting paperwork where required.

Working Across Borders

International movements often involve several parties, from the owner and recipient to auction houses, galleries, customs authorities and freight providers. We act as a central point of coordination, helping ensure that the customs requirements are understood and addressed before the artwork begins its journey.

For artwork, antiques & Collections

The movement of cultural and valuable objects can involve considerations that don’t apply to ordinary commercial freight. Our experience with artwork, antiques, exhibitions and private collections allows us to consider the customs requirements alongside the physical logistics, packing, insurance and destination arrangements.

A Managed process

Our role is to make the customs element of an international movement as straightforward as possible for the client. We establish what information is required, coordinate with the relevant parties and incorporate the customs process into the wider logistics plan, rather than treating it as an afterthought.

Our mission:

Precision

& Care.

Our impact is measured by the confidence we give our clients. Through careful planning, specialist handling and dependable logistics, we enable valuable artwork, antiques and architectural objects to move safely between collectors, galleries, museums and institutions around the world.
